Robin Ince has presented the BBC Radio 4 show The Infinite Monkey Cage with co-creator Professor Brian Cox since 2009, winning the Sony Radio Best Speech Programme Gold Award in 2011 and the Rose d’Or Best Radio Talk Show Award in 2015.
As a stand-up comedian Robin has toured the world and as an author he has written several acclaimed books, including Bibliomaniac, which was a Waterstones Best Books of 2022 pick and earned him the prestigious Booksellers Association Author of the Year Award. He is also a winner of Time Out’s Outstanding Contribution to Comedy Award and a two-times winner of Chortle’s Innovation Award.
Robin co-created The Cosmic Shambles Network, is an Honorary Fellow of University College London, has received an honorary doctorate from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is a fellow of the British Science Association.
His debut poetry collection, Ice Cream for a Broken Tooth, will be published by Flapjack Press in July 2025.
